TOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• All accommodations per itinerary based on double occupancy with breakfast daily, local service charge and tax (standard hotel check-in/out times apply unless otherwise noted). Hotel nights: Moscow (1); overnight flight Moscow-Irkutsk (1); Irkutsk (1); Listvyanka (2); Barnaul (3); Moscow (1).
• Group arrival and departure transfers at all points.
• Transportation per itinerary: Flights Moscow-Irkutsk; Irkutsk-Barnaul; Barnaul-Moscow, economy class.
• All excursions including entrance fees per itinerary.
• Local English speaking guides throughout itinerary.
• Special cultural features as stated in itinerary including a private concert.
• Services of a tour manager throughout the land program. Special Eclipse and Astronomy programs provided by guest astronomer.
• Special Welcome and Farewell Dinners.
• Meals as listed in itinerary: breakfast daily except traveling by overnight plane, 5 lunches, 7 dinners.
• Bottled/purified water with meals.
• Beverages with lunches/dinners: choice of one non-alcoholic drink.
• Destination preparation information packet.

 

TOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE: International airfare between the U.S. and Moscow; air taxes or fuel surcharges; pre-tour or post-tour services; gratuities to tour manager, local guides, drivers, baggage handling at hotels and airports; visa or passport fees; medical and trip interruption insurance; evacuation costs; food or beverages not included in group meals; items of a personal nature such as laundry, alcohol, telephone expenses, excess baggage fees, photo/video expenses inside museums (where allowed); other items not expressly listed as included.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Visas and Passports
A valid passport with six months validity from the end of the tour is required for participation. Travelers are responsible for obtaining and checking all necessary visas for accuracy prior to departure. MIR and Royal Cruise Adventurs do not accept responsibility for any costs associated with a traveler's refused visa issuance or refused entry into a country due to incorrect documentation.

Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person and a completed registration form is required to secure a reservation. Rates given are cash prices. Make checks payable to Royal Cruise Adventures Escrow Account. Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% fee. Final payment is due by May 10, 2008.

Cancellations / Penalties
75 days or more prior to departure:
$400 per person penalty

74-45 days prior to departure:
50% of land tour cost penalty

44 or less days prior to departure:
100% of land tour cost penalty

Rates are based on a minimum of 10 participants. Price is subject to increase if the number of participants is less than 10.
